Untitled Gallery fund raiser for She Should Run

My piece Eyeball Flyer 1 will be included at The Untitled Gallery's exhibition "She Inspires"

Eyeball Flyer 1, Manju Shandler, 2015

The Untitled Space gallery is pleased to present exhibition, SHE INSPIREScurated by Indira Cesarine, featuring the work of 60 contemporary artists with works honoring inspirational women. In the divisive and challenging era we are currently experiencing filled with political turmoil, protest and uncertainty, it is important to reflect on those that inspire us. The exhibit will take place from May 2 - May 20, 2017, with several events to take place including an opening reception on May 2nd, a special performance by renowned dancer Katherine Crockett in collaboration with artist Laura Wehl on May 9th as well as an artist talk on May 16th.

SHE INSPIRES is presented in support of non-profit She Should Run. 10% of exhibition proceeds will benefit the non-partisan 501(c)3 organization expanding the talent pool of future elected female leaders. She Should Run started as a project in 2008 and has evolved to become a movement working to create a culture that inspires women and girls to aspire towards public leadership. She Should Run believes that women of all backgrounds should have an equal shot at elected leadership and that The United States will benefit from having a government with varied perspectives and experiences.
